fertility window question

I was wondering if someone could help explain something to me. Most of my fertility window days gives a percentage chance of getting pregnant, like say day 3 says 20%, except the last day. Does anyone know what chance you have of getting pregnant on the last day of your fertility window? Thanks a bunch!!
