myth or fact??

Question

How many Mommies had bad heart burn and your little one came out with a ton of hair? I've had extreme heart burn but I want to see how many of those babies actually come out with hair. Haha! I've heard both true and false.

I had horrible heartburn with my first and she had a ton on hair. Might be a myth tho lol. I don't have bad heartburn this pregnancy and we will see if she comes out with a head of hair too

Three babies and my heartburn has progressively gotten worse. They each have had more hair than the last. But the amount of heartburn I had I was hoping it would be a full head of hair.

False, my first I had heart burn twice when I drank orange juice. She had a full head of thick black hair. This one I've gotten it mildly a few times so we shall see. My brothers girlfriend had horrible horrible heart burn and my nephew didn't get hair until about a year.

Lol I like your question 😀 I think it's a myth with my son I had no heartburn and my son was born with lots of hair lol this time I get some heartburn we will see what happens . But my little cousin she has two kids she had heartburn with both and her both kids came out with little hair but they had hair all over there bodies ! Lol the daughter has hair all over her back and shoulders and her son has it all over his chest and tummy it's adorable lol . But the strange part is they grow hair on there heads but there hair falls out on it's own so her 7 month old daughter is kinda bald like when she was a new born .

I've had awful heartburn. I'm thinking that my baby might come out with hair though cause I could see some hair on his head on one of my ultrasound pictures. I guess I'll see in April:)

They just did a study that actually does show a correlation between the hormone that causes fetal hair growth and heartburn. So it's not a myth, but it's not a concrete conclusion. More of a connection. My worst heartburn during pregnancy... My son had the most hair. Lol.

I have 3 kids and the first two I had the worse heart burn ever. They were bald so very bald lol.  My last I had very little heart burn and she has hair. So for me it wasn't true.

I always have really bad heartburn while pregnant. My son barely had any hair when he was born. Didn't really start getting hair until 2 yrs old(his first haircut was after 3). My daughter had a little more than my son but not a whole lot of it.. now I am pregnant with number 3. Heartburn is back but I don't believe in the old wives tale anymore. My experience has proved it false for me at least.
