Help girls, is this something to be annoyed at

So I've been with my bf 8months and 2 weeks and for a few months now he's been a bit of a 🍆. He never compliments me anymore or says anything nice, if I ask him why he loves me he just says "idk I just do." And I feel like he's just treating me like a friend with benefit. Like he'll never do anything romantic and if he does even give the slightest attention round his house it's cuz he wants sex. It's a lot more complicated than what I'm saying but based on just these details I've shared, is it normal for guys to be like this when we've been together this long. And also he says loads of stuff to me that makes me rly miserable like makes me feel horrible, should I tell him and bring it up and if so how and what do I say.
