has anyone had a mamaroo?

I have a friend that had one for her baby after he had heart surgery and he's grown out of it now and offered to sell it for $100 but I wasn't sure if it was worth it or not opinions please 🙂

For $100 I would definitely take it, the mamaroo is crazy expensive and $100 is about what you would pay for a new swing anyway. The mamaroo itself is very nice, the thing is some babies love it and some hate it, you just won't know for sure until your baby arrives. 
I bought one second hand for $115, because I figured if baby doesn't like it, I could easily just resale it on Craigslist for the same price, get my money back, and buy a different swing. 
As with a lot of baby items, it's one where you'll just be taking a chance to see if baby likes it or not.

We got one from my parents and when our son was born he really didn't like it , wouldn't sleep longer than 10 minutes in it. I had to take it back to the store and get him a regular swing that actually swung back and forth and side to side. The new swing is a lifesaver he loves it and will finally sleep longer than 10 minutes. I guess it's just what your baby prefers, but 100 bucks is a great price to get it for.

That is a good price! It just depends on the child. We recieved one from my parents and my son never really liked it, he preferred a bouncer. I later loaned it to a friend and her son loved it.

We just got ours about a week ago, our baby is due 2/17 but we honestly love it, just hope little man does too. It's so nice because it's basically everything all in one, plus you can control it from your phone!
