measuring menstrual cycle after BC

I have been on the birth control for two years now and after being on a emotional rollercoaster from depression to anxiety attacks to yeast infections, I've decided to quit. How would I track my cycle after stopping birth control ? I want to use condoms and be aware of my fertility health.
