What birth control should I choose?

Hey eve community!
I'm going to go on birth control soon, and would like some help choosing the most effective, easy, and comfortable form.
Which kind do you recommend?

That depends. Do you want hormones or non hormonal? How much effort do you want to put into it? Would you be ok taking a pill every day? Changing a patch weekly? Inserting and taking out a vaginal ring weekly? There are condoms, and other barrier methods that are more in the moment some you don't need a prescription for and low cost. There's also the iuds which are longer term and tend to have less hormonal side effects than other methods. There's also the arm implant which like the iud is longer term use. The pill, patch and ring can help regulate your period. The implant may make your period lighter, no existent or you may have irregular spotting. The hormonal iuds are more likely to take away your periods. There's also the shot, once every 3 months which may take your periods away or make you bleed more.

I've been on the pill and the shot. The pill was a pain in the butt for me to take every day. I tried to get an IUD once but couldn't handle the pain so I didn't go through with it. Then I got the depo shot. Made me have my period for like a month straight and gain a bunch of weight. I'm currently pregnant so once I pop this kid out I plan on trying the arm implant. Lol.
