I'm curious how does a relationship with someone who is gender fluid work?

It works because it's two people with mutual love and respect for each other. They probably don't put much stock in labels, so someone who is with a gender fluid individual probably sees it as like the other person changing his/her hair color every week. It's no big deal.

I don't think it would affect anything. Maybe they'd have different pronouns than him or her? Just depends on the person but I don't see it being any different than any other relationship

Works honestly the exact same Why as any other relationship. The only slight difference I could think of is that you might need to be a support for them as they'd likely have their own unique struggles being gender fluid/nonbinary as opposed to a cis person- but everyone has their struggles in relationships anyway so, yeah, it's really not different.
