Weird sensation??

Okay, so lately, it think just today, I've had this weird feeling when I pee. When I pee it feels almost like the weird feeling of orgasming, but it doesn't feel good like that, it just gives off the same feeling, almost like pushing. It is also warm on the inside, I know this all sounds weird and gross, but should I be concerned? I'm only 17 and I've been with the sane person for the last five months.
