Anterior placenta/breeched baby?

Has anyone had issues with having an anterior placenta? She's been measuring two weeks ahead, and they told me that while she has plenty of time to flip (little over 29 weeks) if she's really big or stays breeched I'm likely to have a c-section. This is my first. I've seen scary thing about having a c-section with an anterior placenta, that you're more likely to bleed a lot. Our sweet little Poppy Rhys wouldn't stop wiggling around but caught her smiling 😍🎀
