These hurt so bad
Has anyone else ever had this problem? I am breaking out on both my thighs with red bumps and burning redness. It's all over the front sides and backs of both my thighs.

This happened to me and I found out I was allergic to nickel. I'm still recovering from it :( I'm so self conscious about it that I stopped wearing dresses, shorts, etc unless I wear it with thigh highs

Did you recently shave? It looks like it could be from an old razor..

Ouch is it razor burn or maybe and allergy? I would take some Benadryl or  get the lotion to rub on it, it may help.
