spotting implantation bleeding?

So my cycle is normally 33 days and it has been very consistent the last past six months. I am trying to conceive with my husband I usually ovulate at the beginning of the month but something weird happened recently I think I experienced implantation bleeding it only last for a day and a half extremely light no blood like a dark brown slimy maybe with a little hint of pink I got off of my period on 24 December and spotting started on the 2nd of January? Ended on the third it was very light but I'm not quite sure if it was implantation bleeding because I heard that implantation bleeding is a week before your period not 8 days after? Is anyone experienced something like this ? what is this ?
