15 weeks- bad acne, anybody else relate?

I had good skin pre-pregnancy and up till this point but I have terrible acne around my mouth all of a sudden and face wash does not help. Anybody else similar and did any certain washes help? Thanks!

My skin got awful. Almost 17 weeks and it's finally starting to get better.

I also had great skin pre-pregnancy and then my face was a mess the first half. Acne has definitely calmed down after 20 weeks. I use this. It is a little pricey but it has been working better than anything else.

Holy crap im 11 weeks and have NEVER had an acne problem until i got pregnant and idk how to fix it!!! I look like a freshman!! So im following this post lol

I started using a 3 step face wash system from target. I have to use it every day or blemishes flare up!
