vagina issues

Recently me and my boyfriend have been foreplaying around abit and IV noticed that my Vagina has became red, swollen and itchy. I thought it could be a allergic reaction to the soap maybe, but he's had previous girlfriends, and he says he doesn't have any STIs but I don't know what's happening and I'm really worried ://
