Late Period

I haven't had my period since October 2016 and I haven't had any sexual intercourse, I'm not on any birth control pills or any type of medication. My weight is average for my height and I'm 14 years old. I'm slightly getting worried and I'm not sure if I need to go to the doctors to check if there's any problem with my body. Do you guys know any explanation for this?
