acne!?

hey guys! I am 14 years old and my doctor tells me I am either out of puberty or almost out of it. Anyways I have been getting little pimples on my forehead for the past week and my period passed 2-3 weeks ago. What's strange is that I have never had bad skin or acne like some of my friends have. I have gotten the occasional pimple here and there from eating lots of fast food or something but never so randomly. Do you guys know anyways I could get rid of it or what's going on?

Puberty or not, acne prone or not, you can get pimples whenever and wherever. It's just how our bodies like to mess with us. I'm 20 years old and have struggled with oily skin my whole life and STILL get pimples occasionally.

A good skincare plan can help combat and prevent acne, and is essential for healthy and clean skin even if you don't normally break out! There are lots of acne cleansers on the market, but sometimes a simple facial cleanser with warm water will work fine. Or just try splashing your skin with warm water a few times a day to keep oil and dirt at a minimum.
