Anal fissures and hemmroids

I had my daughter a year ago and after about a month after giving birth to her i would bleed after going to the toilet and would be in so much pain and no doctor helped me or put more effort in to helping me it has finally went away after a year and still hurts sometimes to go but i can deal with it as it doesnt hurt to much but im now pregnant with my second and im afraid of going through that again is there things or positions i can do to prevent this from happening during birth
