DR can't check to see if my issue is resolved - advice

So I was diagnosed with a 3 CM subchronic  hemmorage at 11weeks. I went in due to bleeding again and in between that time (3 days couldn't see me ASAP). I stopped bleeding or spotting. They have old US machines so tech he can't even check to see if it's bigger or smaller!!! Should I go somewhere else to check? I'm sick of this obgyn so already leaving to a new one but in the meantime any where I can go to get checked? I have PPO? Don't wanna go to the ER
