Semen allergy?

This is kind of embarrassing for me but I want to see if anyone has the same problem. Going to add that me and my partner are both std free. Whenever he cums in me i get a burning feeling and I get really sore for awhile afterwards. If it's on my skins too long it starts to get very itchy and when I swallow I feel nauseous for an hour. I had the same problem with my ex (who was also STD free). Could this be a semen allergy? Is there anyway to find out for sure? Thanks in advanced :)
