Double stroller recommendations?

Looking for a fairly inexpensive (under 250) double stroller preferably WITH an infant car seat.

For my 2nd I used a sit & stand that fit my infant car seat in the back and my son (3) sat in the front. However I wasn't a huge fan & now pregnant with my 3rd we purchased the city select but my youngest will be 5 2 months later so she'll either be walking or here's a board that attaches to the back she can stand on.

I used a baby trend jogger double stroller and had to buy seats. I still use it today 5 years later best investment ever. You can steer it with one hand

I couldn't find any double strollers that came with infant car seats. We had to buy it all separately.
