23 w 4 days and too much pressure

For the past 3 days I've been feeling a lot of pressure like downward and all over my lower belly. But like sooo much pressure. Today I've been having this pressure more frequent than other days. In the past hour I've had it like 7 times already. I don't know what to do! Is this normal or is this a sign of anything. Its my second pregnancy but ive never had anything like this before.
