Baby movement

Ftm here and I'm 20 + 1 anyways I was in the bath and as I laying there i was messing with my belly and like a minute after I stopped I felt like 2 little bubbles. It was one and then another. I've never ever had that feeling before, and it wasn't like a hungry feeling or anything. Could this be the baby kicking or moving?!!
