Help!

Omg. My cramps are getting so bad that I can't even walk, I have already taken 2 aleve and have a warming pad under my back and over my uterus, and I feel like I've been shot. It's getting to the point where I physically feel sick. Usually happens when my cramps get bad, but they have never gotten this bad. I don't know what to do, but I'm in so much pain and It needs to go away so I can get sleep before school tomorrow morning.
