Did you get any of these symptoms early!?

Question

I am only 7DPO and have very tender breasts/nipples, tired, very vivid dreams and peeing a lot.

Did anyone have any of these early stages? 
Is it too early for me to have these being only 7DPO?
Any help would be appreciated :)

Those all come with progesterone. But everyone is different. But i can tell you one thing, if youre getting pregnancy symptoms, that means youre producing hcg so an early pregnancy test will come up positive. If it doesn't, its likely just the progesterone.

I had all of those symptoms very early on as well, and got my positive @ 7DPO - 9 days before my period was due. I'm 29 weeks w/ twins now.

At 7dpo the egg hasn't even reached your uterus, much less implanted and begun to produce HCG which starts symptoms :) symptom spotting will only drive you crazy hon. We all do it tho :)

Those are all menstrual symptoms Its hard to tell them apart sometimes.i new i was preg when i felt not only the painful nipps but also a weird tingling in my nipps and THAT isn't a pms symptom. Take a test on the SECOND day of ur missed period.i took one and got a definite dark positive result.And according to the blood test im less then 2weeks lol
