pain when I lay down

My periods have been irregular for the past couple of months but according to the first day of my last period I'm 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant . Whenever I lay on my back I get a pain right in the middle of my hips . Has anyone experienced this ? It's only when I lay on my back , once I turn around I'm fine . Has anyone experienced this ? Should I be concerned ?
