weight loss tips and "healthier snacks/meals"
Hey ladies! I'm just looking for a few tips that work for you(I know not everything works for everybody). I'm in a slump and can't seem to lose any weight. I'm 5'9 and 229lbs. I feel like I've tried everything but I want to start fresh try some new things(maybe a few I've already tried). My biggest problem is I still feel hungry after eating so if anyone has any snacks or more filling meals they like please share! Any excersises or diet plans you like and see results from?
