It should be a law

Just found out my stepsister is pregnant with her fourth child. She is a addict and doesn't work. Her husband abuses her and is also a addict. She smokes and does drugs throughout all of her pregnancies. She lives off the government and is a thief. She doesn't deserve to be blessed with children that she can't even take care of. It should be a law that if you can't take care of your children but continue to have them that you should be forced to have your tubes tied. It is ridiculous how people can bring children into the world and not take care of them or appreciate them. She loves having children so she can get money back on her taxes. Those tubes should be made to be tied. Make it law
