Pregnant after 2 mc

On Friday I had cramping and thought I was getting my period ( supposed to get it on sunday) went to the restroom and when I wiped I had blood , then nothing since just a tiny bit of brown discharge . Sunday came and went and nothing so I was like hm maybe I should take a pregnant test ... both I took came back positive and over the past few days boobs are now sore a little nauseous and exhausted ..... I'm scared . I hope this one sticks ... oh and I just ordered my wedding dress and getting married in may ahhhhh
