Anybody else out there have very bad cramps while on their period?

Previous to having my IUD, I had cramps bad enough I regularly vomited.

I used to have terrible cramps until I had my daughter. Then they were WAY better. Almost not even noticable where before I would be curled up in a ball shakin.

Mine are very bad the day before and the first day of my period. But after that I'm fine!

Me to it seems like once I missed my period for three days and actually came on yesterday the cramps are very bad!!!!

I have PCOS, so when I'm not on birth control, yes. My periods are long and extremely painful.
