is this morning sickness?

I just found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant. I'm about 4 weeks along and I feel terrible. Every morning I stand over the toilet and wretch and gag but I don't throw up. Would this be morning sickness?? Also my stomach has been so upset for the last 3 days and nothing sounds good to eat. When I do eat I feel sick. Anyone have any advice. This is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
