is this morning sickness?

I just found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant. I'm about 4 weeks along and I feel terrible. Every morning I stand over the toilet and wretch and gag but I don't throw up. Would this be morning sickness?? Also my stomach has been so upset for the last 3 days and nothing sounds good to eat. When I do eat I feel sick. Anyone have any advice. This is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep that be it. I rarely ever threw up and that's the bad part it just kinda hangs around making you gag and feel like you could hurl any second. I always felt like if I could just get it out I'd feel better if even for a minute. I always found that eating a mint or chewing mint gum helps. Thought my friend was crazy when she suggested it but 4 pregnancies later and I can honestly say it works and works better than preggo pops or anti nausea medicine ever did.

Definitely morning sickness! I had the same feeling all day, everyday. Try light snacking alllllll day! I lived off of saltine crackers and yogurt.

That would be the oh so joyous morning sickness. Check out sea bands, and preggie pops! Life savers. If water makes you nauseous try adding some lemon.
