Should this be happening?

We've been together ages but recently I've been focused on my work and he doesn't support that. He always picks arguments with me and if it's not that he's making comments about my makeup and that I do things for attention. I feel like I'm walking on egg shells with everything I do and I can't win. I need some good advice girls, help me out😩
