Stomach pains

Hello all, I am 7 weeks pregnant. My stomach hurts often.. It's not really nausea, not really cramps, they are not sharp pains or on either side specifically. It sort of feels like gas, sort of just like a stomach ache. Happens at some point every day. I have also been dealing with some regular nausea and aversion to food, which I think may be the cause of this? Is this normal?
