BBT ?? OVULATION

Question

How do I know I'm about to ovulate by cheking bbt? Is it when it's the lowest or highest? Around what numbers showld my bbt be when AF comes? I'm do confused.

Answer

Bbt tells you after you ovulate. You temp in the beginning of your cycle to establish a cover line and once it's above it for 3 days or more FF will pinpoint ovulation. This is mine.. I started temping laate, but FF still detected ovulation..I use Fertility Friend for charting. It's also free.
