Who else lo wakes after 1 sleep cycle at night. My lo does this almost every night and i have to go in and reput the dummy in and shell eventually drift off. Any tips to help them? What has everyone do to help that

So how long is one sleep cycle?

My son often wakes up at the first sleep cycle. We just let him figure it out and go back to sleep on his own (unless he's really mad). He doesn't wake up after every sleep cycle though...but often does after that first one.
