trying to help my cousin out

hey ladies so my cousin found out i was pregnant, & now she's worried she's pregnant also. she has very irregular periods- she would go up to 5 mnths even without a period. she does not use any period tracker. she informed me tht this morning abt 1am shes been cramping, she has no discharge, and no period. her & her bf do not use any type of protection neither a pill. i told her to get tested in two weeks, any other suggestions or thoughts for her? thank you!
