maybe??

Hello girls. So last month me and my SO had sex and he came in me. Im on the pill and have been for about 3 months now. Usually im really irregular and what not but im on my sugar pills and still have not had my period. Last month i got it by this time into the pack. Anyway i have been having horrible horrible headaches a lot of fatigue and tiny cramps. Im not sure when to test if i dont know if i have missed my period yet. Its been 3 weeks since it happened. Im just not sure what to do. Could i be pregnant? Also i have been having bad anxiety but im not urinating frequently. Im not stressing over it but i just dont know what to do. Sorry for the long post. Also having lots of discharge.
