You can have two small or one large cup of coffee everyday. Just keep it at 200 mg if caffeine per day. I would usually make my coffee half decaf and half regular.

I asked this question at my first appt because I work at Starbucks and coffee is a daily thing for me, and he said I would have to drink a very significant amount in order to hurt my baby. I usually drink only 1-2 cups a day but I felt better knowing it wasn't hurting anything :)

I drink what I want in terms of caffeine. I'm not a fiend but I'm not overly cautious either. All my kids are healthy.

I have one regular light coffee a day or decaf.  I used to drink three cups or so a day so my dr said not to stop.  If I don't drink any caffeine I get bad headaches.
