TMI!! mucus plug?

Okay so i deleted my other post but i'm 27 weeks i'm on bed rest for pre term labor, my cervix is almost open and i'm on a progestrone insert to stop pre term. I've been having major contractions but the medicine i've noticed a change. Well i felt a gush in my pants and i was wondering if this was my mucus plug. I know the discharge gets heavier the further you go and i know your mucus plug can regenerate but i was wondering because of my cervix almost opening and the pre term labor if i should be alarmed. Could this be my mucus plug?
