pumping schedule?

Alright ladies, what are your pumping schedules? My baby is 3 weeks old and I will be returning to part time work in 9 more weeks. I need to start pumping but I'm not sure how to go about it. My supply seems to be good, he eats every 1.5-2 hours during the day and goes 3-5 hours at night. Thanks!

I exclusively pump and during the day I am pumping after each feeding (3.5ish oz) or within an hour of it, so every 3-4hrs. I pump when I get up with her at night, making that pump session about 5-6hrs (she'll sleep that long usually) after the last, feeding her about 4oz for the night feedings

I am 3weeks pp and exclusively pumping. My baby girl eats about 16oz a day so I pump around 33oz a day to keep up with her and to create a supply. I pump every 3hrs during the day ranging from 5-10oz from both breast and every 4hrs at night ranging from 6-14oz. Depending on what I ate/drank, heat compress, and breast massage I can produce higher amounts.
