Convicted of Rape (trigger warning?)
A man in Switzerland has been convicted of rape as he removed his condom during consensual sex without his partner knowing it had been removed. The court judged that the woman would've refused to have sex with him, had she known that no condom was involved. What are your thoughts on the court's ruling?
EDIT: let's also say for discussion reasons, if a woman stopped taking her birth control but didn't tell her sexual partner, would you consider this rape?
