peeing really often

hey i could really use some help? over the past couple weeks i've been feeling like i've been having to pee more and more often. then, in the past few days i'd get hit by a sudden burst of really having to pee and it happens more than a few times in a day. i feel like i'm drinking water and then having to pee like an hour later. it's gotten bad enough that i peed myself a little in my sleep last night?? i've been trying to change my how much i eat and drink to see if it would make a difference but at this point i'm just getting really frustrated and anxious about it
