I'm flipping tf out

So today I received this is the mail. Now I live with my aunt and she read the letter and came across this part. She flipped tf out. Keep in mind she's super religious and doesn't believe in sex before marriage. I recently found out that I have Hepatitis A, I tried covering it up saying the doctors wanted me to avoid it but I don't think she bought it. Help meeeeeeeeeee😭
