PERIOD SEX

How do you ladies feel about period sex? My bf and I are somewhat in a ldr and the chances we do get to see each other I have been on my period and he refuses to have sex because of blood. He says he's thought about it but he can't do it soooooo I'm not sure how I'm suppose to feel because rn I'm like "I mean the blood is kinda gross and he's a guy" but then I'm also like "he should realize it's natural and it's just blood and my body and completely normal and shouldn't be grossed out about it.... he needs to stop being a wussy and appreciate all of my body"
