Any truth to early ovulation after chemical pregnancy?

Help! We just had CP last cycle 😔, and my doctor has given green light to TTC again next cycle (2WW coming up soon). Has anyone heard of earlier than usual ovulation post CP? I'm going to start opk testing (as I usually do around this window) in the next day or so, but just wondering if this is a real thing? My opk results are never that reassuring, so I use CM testing for my most accurate "tell." No EWCM as of this evening's check, which would make sense for my normal cycle. My Hubs will be out of town for my "usual" 2WW, so hoping to get some BD in before then! Every month is crutial to me/us, as I am nearing 36 y/o, TTC for almost a year now, and recent CP was 1st BFP I have had. Trying to keep the hope that I am more fertile now after CP, as I've read many say this is true. Any hope and guidance helps me keep thinking positive!
