What are the best products to have for a beach trip with a 10 to 12 month old?

This! We bought this for my son when we took him to the beach at almost ten months old and it was a lifesaver!!! Just put it in the shade of an umbrella and voila! Baby is safe and contained and can play happily without having to sit in sand! It's a summer infant pop n' play play yard. It worked great for him. And I recommend a wagon to transport all your gear to and from the beach also!!

We use babygantics spray sunblock, a hat, strap sandals that can get wet so they walk on hot sand or in water, swimsuit. Two towels, one to sit on, on to dry with. I always bring normal diapers and clothes so that after they are done in the water they can warm up in dry things. Snacks, water, shovel, bucket, some floating toys.
