Sore throat?

For the past week or so I have experienced a sore itchy throat, but it only happens at night. It's not to bad during the day but at night it's way worse! What could it be?

Answer

If you're pregnant, the amount of extra blood you have causes your mucous membranes to swell and for you to experience allergy/cold like symptoms.

If you're not pregnant, it sounds exactly like allergies and you should consider an antihistamine like Loratadine (genetic form of Claritin that is was cheaper and over the counter 😌)

I differentiate pregnant vs not because I'm on Nurture and don't know which app you're posting from :)
