Profile Problems??

So, I've been with my boyfriend for nearly a year at this stage, and everything is going great! I bumped into an old friend the other day and she decided she wanted to scroll through his fb profile to see what he looked like. This was grand until she asked about a girl in one of his pictures. His ex. She in a couple of pictures and I really don't know how to feel about it, especially since there's no pictures of me and him anywhere... I'm not one for selfies, and I like to keep my private life private so I don't expect millions of pictures of us online, but I am a bit jealous I think? 

Should I say something or..?
