missing pills (pls answer)

Hi guys okay so within one month I missed 3 pills but I did it twice (ik v irresponsible) anyways I took all 3 pills I missed each day the day I realized I missed them... I was not and have not been sexually active during this time but my period is late. Is it possible that me missing and then taking all 6 of the missed pills could make me late and make my boobs hurt? Thanks also please someone answer (i also took a pregnancy test Bc I had sex a month ago... once again NOT when I missed the pills and it said negative)
