Leak Free Period Panties?

Ok I'm a bit of a kickstarted addict, I love browsing all of the products, and I just came across a project that is for panties that you wear sans pad, tampon, or menstrual cup, that absorbs all the blood! This isn't my project, I'm not trying to get you to buy these, but I want to know what you guys think of them? At first I was like Ew. But then, after I thought about I was like HECK YAH. I think I'm going to get myself a few pairs just for postpartum bleeding!
