Full panic mode!! Please help!

Ok so me and my husband had some very passionate sex lastnight and this morning I woke up to find blood, bright red thin like I cut my hand blood, on the toilet paper. Now I realize bleeding is normal after sex because of the cervix blah blah blah but the blood has stayed through the day. It got brown then now it's dark red and it never shows on my undies or a pad just on the t.p. but it's more than spotting I feel idk, am I just panicking? No clotting no pain (other than regular cramping I've been getting) just someone tell me if this is still considered normal before I worry myself sick. And I'm 6 weeks along
