Concerned!!

So my boyfriend and I had sex the day before yesterday and it hurt. I thought because I wasn't really in the mood but then yesterday we had sex again and it hurt me so bad. What could this be??? Should I be scared?? Could it be because I wasn't as turned on??? I was on antibiotics because of a tooth infection last week and I've heard you could get a UTI afterwards and I have noticed frequent urination constantly. I know I should go to the doctors but I'm way too broke to pay and have no insurance!
